01

Digital goods and Sparks

Sparks are prepaid digital credits delivered to your account immediately after purchase. Each generation action is quoted, reserved, used, and settled separately; an unused reservation returns to your balance after it settles or expires.

Our transaction ledger is the source of truth for the quote, reservation, usage, and settlement of every Spark.

02

When we refund

We refund Sparks or the corresponding payment when a generation fails because of an error on our side or our provider's side, when you are charged more than once for the same purchase, or when a payment was not authorized by you.

  • Generation failures return the reserved Sparks to your balance automatically.
  • Duplicate or unauthorized charges are refunded to your original payment method through Paddle.
  • We keep the provider request ID and failure reason for every generation so issues can be verified.

03

When we do not refund

Because a generation consumes real compute the moment it runs, we generally do not refund Sparks already spent on a successfully delivered image — for example when you dislike a result, change your prompt, or a request is blocked for safety or rights reasons. We may still make good-faith adjustments case by case.

04

Withdrawal rights and how to request

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right, that right may not apply once digital content has been delivered and consumption has begun with your consent. This does not affect mandatory legal rights you may have.

To request a refund, contact support@mangagic.com with your order ID (or use Paddle's billing links from your receipt). We aim to respond within a few business days.
